IGZO target, or Indium Gallium Zinc Oxide target, is a multi-component composite oxide ceramic target made by mixing and sintering indium oxide (In₂O₃), gallium oxide (Ga₂O₃), and zinc oxide (ZnO) in a specific ratio.
